Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) is a versatile method used to analyze intricate data from nonlinear and nonstationary processes, including natural and man-made systems.  Dr. Norden Huang's HHT was selected by NASA for the prestigious Space Act Award and cited as "one of the most important discoveries in the field of applied mathematics in NASA history."

Online Toolbox provides our collaborative partners with our validated and lastest analysis techniques.

PhysioToolkit is a large and growing library of software for:

  • Physiologic signal processing and analysis
  • Detection of physiologically significant events (using both classical techniques and novel methods based on statistical physics and nonlinear dynamics)
  • Interactive display and characterization of signals
  • Creation of new databases
  • Simulation of physiologic and other signals
  • Quantitative evaluation and comparison of analysis methods
  • Analysis of nonequilibrium and nonstationary processes.

Research projects that contribute software to PhysioToolkit focus on extracting "hidden" information from biomedical signals that may have prognostic and explanatory value in medicine and research.
